We are looking for an administrator for technical installations to the Technical Department who wants to ensure correct and up-to-date information for the most socially important properties of Region Uppsala. We who work in Property and Service manage and operate the facilities and premises of Region Uppsala. We are now looking for an Administrator for technical installations to the Technical Department.

Our Operations

Region Uppsala is characterized by strong growth, and the Property and Service administration is an important part of this. We in Property and Service have a turnover of over one billion kronor and are about 500 employees. We develop, manage, and maintain a floor area of over 760,000 square meters, ranging from new advanced healthcare buildings to medieval castles. We also manage transportation and work with logistical solutions within Region Uppsala and are responsible for meal services to inpatients. Most of our customers are in healthcare, and the largest customer is Akademiska sjukhuset. About the Position

In the role of Administrator for technical installations, you will, for example, work operationally with the following tasks:

• Ensure that the process for quality assurance of technical installations is followed
• Coordinate the efforts of involved parties during changes to technical installations
• Prepare documentation to create routines for supervision and maintenance
• Provide documentation to enable correct labeling of technical installations
• Continuously update installations in the property system based on changes in operations or projects in collaboration with others in the Technical Department

You will work closely with system administrators, property managers, technical specialists, and operations engineers.

You belong to the Technical Department, which consists of 18 employees with various specialist competencies in property technology, documentation, and healthcare function planning. You will become part of a unique group of dedicated employees characterized by close cooperation and a good atmosphere.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in administrative systems and digital documentation. You are, of course, computer literate and can quickly familiarize yourself with different types of system support. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

As a person, you are efficient, organized, and meticulous, and you learn new things easily. You enjoy having many points of contact and juggling multiple tasks. Furthermore, you are structured and responsible and like to work towards continuous improvements.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Requirements

• Experience with digital documentation systems
• Organized, efficient, and meticulous
• Good Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Very good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Meritorious

• Experience with Facilitate
• Relevant education at the university level
• Experience with technical installations in property

We Offer

You will be based at Akademiska sjukhuset. The position is a permanent employment at 100%. The first 6 months will be a probationary period. Start as soon as possible by agreement.
